Arcus is the commercial name of the individual entrepreneur Daria Ipateva (“we”, “our”). We renovate, buy and rent residential property in Georgia. This page explains how and why we use cookies on arcus.ge.

4. Consent banner
When you first arrive, a banner asks you to Accept or Decline analytics cookies. Until you press Accept, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Yandex Metrica tags are not loaded and no cookies are set.
5. How to change your choice
- Click the Cookie settings link in the footer to reopen the banner at any time.
- Alternatively, delete or block cookies in your browser’s privacy settings.
