1. Who we are
Arcus is the commercial name of the sole entrepreneur Daria Ipateva (“we”, “our”, “us”). We renovate, buy and rent residential property in Georgia. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal information collected through arcus.ge, by e-mail, phone or in person.
2. What data we collect
- Identity & contact data – name, e-mail, phone, address.
- Property details – location, size, renovation goals.
- Communication records – e-mails, chat messages, call notes.
- Website usage – anonymised statistics from Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tags, and Yandex Metrica (see § 6).
- Payment data – invoice references, bank-transfer details (no card numbers).
3. How we use your data
- to answer enquiries and provide renovation / purchase / rental services;
- to issue contracts, invoices and track payments;
- to improve the website and measure marketing performance (analytics);
- to meet legal or tax obligations.

5. Your rights
You may, at any time:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- ask for rectification or erasure;
- restrict or object to processing;
- withdraw consent for analytics cookies (see “Cookie settings” link in the footer);
- receive a copy of your data (“data portability”).
6. Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tags, and Yandex Metrica. These scripts load only after you press “Accept” on our cookie banner. Details of each cookie are listed in our Cookie Policy.
7. International transfers
Google stores analytics data on servers in the EU (Google Ireland) and may transfer it to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses apply to any further transfers.
Yandex Metrica processes analytics data on Yandex infrastructure outside Georgia and may transfer data to other jurisdictions as described in Yandex’s privacy documentation. We rely on your consent for the use of this service and limit data to what is necessary for analytics.
8. Data security & retention
- Data is stored on secure servers in the EU.
- We keep client files for 7 years (tax rule), then delete them.
- Analytics data is retained for 14 months in GA4; Yandex Metrica retention follows the service’s settings.
