Design concept
To create a minimalist, bright and functional yet striking and inspiring space with bold color accents that stands out from typical rental interiors. The interior design was inspired by Norway—more specifically, by the voyage of Norwegian explorer Thor Heyerdahl on the Kon-Tiki raft across the Pacific Ocean.
Customer feedback
After purchasing an investment apartment in Batumi (Georgia) with basic finishing from the developer, I decided to hire an interior designer and a contractor. The task included developing the overall concept and style, selecting and installing appliances, purchasing or custom-making furniture, textiles, and interior décor items.
The beachfront location of the apartment complicated the choice of materials—we had to take high humidity into account. Nevertheless, Arcus approached the project with great enthusiasm and full dedication. The space turned out exactly as we had envisioned from the beginning. All work was completed on time and within the approved budget.
Success came quickly: for the past three years, the property has consistently ranked among the top listings on rental platforms. It was during this project that the idea of creating a real estate network united by a shared concept was born. And that’s how Kayra Residence came to life.
