After purchasing an investment apartment in Batumi (Georgia) with basic finishing from the developer, I decided to hire an interior designer and a contractor. The task included developing the overall concept and style, selecting and installing appliances, purchasing or custom-making furniture, textiles, and interior décor items.
The beachfront location of the apartment complicated the choice of materials—we had to take high humidity into account.
