Daria and Andrey accomplished the 3 room apartment renovation project for me this year.
The project was really complicated as the condition of the flat (walls, windows, electricity, plumbing, heating, air conditioning) was in a dramatic state, so that basically everything had to be replaced. My apartment is located in Tbilisi and I currently live in Germany, so the whole communication was carried only online and all the work from the beginning till the end was accomplished without my presence.
I did not believe that this project would work out so well. Daria and Andrey are really very experienced professionals, motivated and dedicated to their work. Andrey is a builder with excellent experience and organisation capability. He did all the planning of the renovation and was responsible for all the required materials and calculations. He also always made useful suggestions on how to make the renovation more durable and efficient, on the other hand, he always tried to stay within the money budget, which was limited from my side. Deadlines were also followed as close as possible.
Daria's work as a designer was also very impressive. She took care of all the schematic plans of the flat and of the forniture, including all the very little details. She managed to successfully combine my old furniture (which she took care of to renovate) with the modern one. She was always open to discussions and tried to fulfill all the requirements from my side.
All the costs of work and materials down to smallest costs were always precisely listed in Excel sheets which I could remotely access anytime.
At the end of renovation the flat was completely ready and equipped for the tenants to directly move in and the professional photos were taken, therefore my flat is now successfully rented.
To conclude, Daria and Andrey are highly professional specialists. I would recommend them to any renovation project. It was a pleasure to work with such an organized and nice people.
