Having completed my first renovation project with Arcus three years ago—Kon Tiki, an investment apartment on the beachfront that has consistently ranked among the top listings on platforms like Airbnb and Booking—we had no hesitation in entrusting ARCUS with our next venture: a villa in one of the most scenic areas of Batumi. At the time of purchase, the site only had a foundation and load-bearing walls, so the scope of work was significantly greater.
This project demanded both refined interior design skills and construction expertise. We agreed on the general framework—budget, timeline, and design direction—and gave ARCUS complete creative freedom, including naming the villa. The teamwork within ARCUS proved to be the perfect balance of creativity and technical precision.
The result exceeded our expectations: immediately after construction was completed, Villa Wabi-Sabi was booked for a long-term stay of over two years.
